feeling better

I started taking my prenatal vitamin at night and it has truly done wonders for my day. I feel pretty good all day and I am enjoying pregnancy more. We hit 10 weeks on Monday and I am excited for each week that goes by. We see the doctor next Tuesday for our first official appointment and we are looking forward to that very much. I am working on letting go of my worries and fears and thanking God for each day we have with the baby. I don't look any different yet but that won't kick in for a few more weeks. medium green olive

We are on our way to 10 weeks and doing well. I have a book that says that our baby is about the size of a medium green olive. A very interesting comparison. Every day is different in terms of how I feel, I am just taking one day at a time. We had a long weekend and I got lots of rest. Peter did get to go fishing and caught a couple rainbows. This is a short work week which is nice. I find myself looking forward to weekends more and more. Here is a link to see how the baby is growing and such. Love you all!

8 weeks

We are at 8 weeks and feeling the effects of pregnancy. My nausea comes and goes throughout the day but seems to be staying for longer periods of time. I haven't thrown up yet but Peter has so...I guess we're in this together! We had the ultrasound last week and everything looked good. We could see the little flutter of the heart and the radiologist said the baby is exactly the size it should be for how far along I am. Peter is being very attentive to me and taking great care of me and the baby. I couldn't be more blessed. Thank you all for your prayers and encouragement. little bean

Here is my little pregnant tummy at 7 weeks. I haven't noticed my pants fitting differently yet. If anything, I have lost a little weight. I think it is because I stopped drinking! We had our ultrasound today and everything looked great. We even got to see the baby's heartbeat. We will try to scan the picture on. We are calling it our "little bean" because that is exactly what it looks like.

7 weeks

I hit the 7 week mark on Monday and I am still feeling pretty good. Nausea comes and goes but it never stays very long so I am happy for that. As long as I eat every once in awhile, I'm fine. We are having an ultrasound done tomorrow so the doctor can make sure everything is good so I might try to upload that picture.
