Last night he only woke up once needing a quick reassurance (and his hat put back on his head) then we didn't hear anything from him until 6:30 (wake-up time) when he called "Hi!" from his room a couple times until we got up to get him. Anyway, thanks for the encouragement, other mothers are such a resource! By the by, good luck with your transition of Liam out of your room! love ya-naominaomihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18089599000852688355noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5713612572094900564.post-77740744327095357202007-11-06T11:55:00.000-07:002007-11-06T11:55:00.000-07:00You guys are doing great, don't worry! You guys are doing great, don't worry!Kierstenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06991343177120153856noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5713612572094900564.post-17512857100397688662007-11-06T11:54:00.000-07:002007-11-06T11:54:00.000-07:00Remember, babies don't really start to regulate th...Remember, babies don't really start to regulate their sleep well on their own until sometime between 3-5 months old (on average.) I've talked to moms who's babies have slept for 6 hour stretches at night since 2 months, and moms who's babies are waking up 2-3 times a night when they're a year old (eg Liam). Every child is unique, and there will always be forward and backward movement with sleeping through the night. They need to eat more during growth spurts for instance, they're fussy and can't sleep well when they teeth, they learn to pull up or crawl or sit etc. and then want to practice at night and let you know about it.... But eventually it does all settle down--then they turn into teenagers who definitely don't want you to check on them in the middle of the night.... or so I've been told.Kierstenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06991343177120153856noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5713612572094900564.post-43825890183088715192007-10-31T19:23:00.000-06:002007-10-31T19:23:00.000-06:00i LOVE that belly! how cute and funny is that? g...i LOVE that belly! how cute and funny is that? great picture!kelseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14870764836348050202noreply@blogger.com
