seen and heard

biscuits in boots

We have been enjoying the sun lately by eating our lunch outside on the deck. Peter snapped this of us a few days ago.
A rare moment of calm with these 4. Watching "The Lion Movie" (Madagascar). Mason, Kale, Jack, Smith.
Reading to his little bro inside their fort.
Last week we found this little guy on his tummy, still swaddled. I don't know how he did it but now we have said goodbye to the swaddle. He sleeps much better on his belly and we're getting closer to all night! Right now he eats around 6:30 at night and goes down around 7:00. Eats again anytime between 3 and 5, then goes back down until around 8:00. Not too shabby I suppose, I just need to go to bed at a decent hour to appreciate it!
5 months
Joel had his 4 month check up about 2 weeks ago. He weighed in at 13 pounds 10 ounces and 24 inches. 25th percentile overall. He is such a mover, while the nurse was weighing him, I had to put his suckie in and sing to him so he wouldn't squirm so much and let her read the weight. He keeps us on our toes and already I have heard Kale say, "Don't gab (grab) me baby Dole!"

Wow. You have two kids. TWO. That is crazy to me, but you make it look good!

I think I have a naked behind picture of Liam in boots.... There was a while when he wore them everywhere, I think it was the clomping. :-) It looks like you all are enjoying each other!

Joel has so much to say to his feet! They are pretty fascinating. I'm positive Kale said he was going to see Gramma. I'm looking forward to Easter and seeing all of you! Hugs and kisses!

I want to kiss those cheeks! Not the naked biscuts, but the sweet Joel cheeks in that last picture.
