easter

We enjoyed a lovely Easter with family last weekend. My parents got a lot of time with the boys and it is still fun to see how much Kale loves them. We squeezed as much as we could into the hours between naps. Shopping, eating out, egg hunts, hot cross buns at a friend's, church, and basketball games. Whew! There was much munching on this little guy.
Papa Ray helped get him spiffed up for church on Sunday.
Unlike the day of our egg hunt, Sunday was beautiful. Kale got outlined on the sidewalk by Peter. The hat is to keep the sun out of his eyes.
Looks just like him.
Just enough snow to spray blue.
Itching to join his big bro.
Surprisingly, this went very smoothly and was not as messy as I was expecting.

Kale loves picking out what color of egg he is going to eat in the morning. He doesn't like the yoke but it is hard to make him eat it since I remember not liking it when I was little either.
Sometimes holding this buddy is like trying to hold a fish.

Our Easter Egg hunt got moved to our friend Sara's classroom since we woke up to a blizzard Saturday morning. I love this pic because both Kale and Mason have their fingers up their noses.
Funny faces!
