At 9 1/2 months, I find Joel to be just the perfect size. He is rollie and just the right amount of pollie. He weighs 17 pounds and 5 ounces and is 27 inches long. He is in the 10th percentile for both. I often ask Kale where Joel is and end up finding him in his room, with the door shut, playing. If any door in the house is open, Joel is there to shut it. He just started pulling himself up on things, claps now, and this morning, I think he did the sign for "more". He says "ma-ma" and follows Kale everywhere. If he wants to get something, there is nothing stopping him to get it. Especially food. This kid loves to eat but checks your hand if you're feeding him to make sure he is okay with what it is. He usually is. :)

He is sure growing. I was hoping to see him while he was at Grandmas.
I wish you would put some pic of your new place on the blog.
