Kauai 2.0

Coffee on our beach.

Tunnels Beach. We went snorkeling here and saw lots of sea turtles and got lots of sun.
Pete was more into the snorkeling than me. I loved it but wasn't as patient as he was.

This is a Farmer's Market where we saw a man from Bozeman who works at the Museum of the Rockies.
One of very few photos of us together. Beginning of Waimea Canyon.

We tried to stay out of the sun our 2nd day due to some burn from our first. We explored the West shore and this was Peter's favorite tree.
We drove down a 5 mile pot hole filled road to the end of the road and the beginning of the Napali Coast. As you can see, the beach stretches for miles and is quite desserted.

Beginning of Napali Coast

I think this was our favorite beach but our sun burns made it not as enjoyable as it could have been. Next time!

Yay! You take such lovely photos. I must learn from you. :)

Pete reading with snorkel gear is hilarious. I can picture it too - he was probably dead-pan serious. The beaches in Kaui look lovely - I think that's where we'll have to go next time we get to venture over yonder!
